I quite like these underwear, but as one of the above reviewers stated, it really doesn't have any extra room in the pouch. I'm no more than average, but if I get an erection at any point...well it's popping right out. They are insanely comfortable though. Basically a thong with a thick back, and they lay nicely across the cheeks. I would say that when sizing, don't listen to the waist size. they are low rise and actually rest around the hips, not the waist. I have a 29 inch waist, but needed the large. (I have a very muscular butt and hips) All in all, I like them and will probably get more.
