Great little plush.
Arrived in a timely manner and was packed together pretty well. It was a gift for a friend and they absolutely love it. Smells nice and warms up or cools down nicely.

I originally bought this to use for cramps, because why not. It's cute. It looked soft, AND IT HEATS UP AND SMELLS LIKE NICE THINGS! No way! However, I ended up using it to keep my feet warm at night more than I did cramps. My feet are always so freezing, even with socks on. This little seal allows for them to stay toasty under the covers, without getting nasty and sweaty like the electric blanket does. I love it so much! It has some kind of bead or filling in it that reminds me of the beanies babies I would sleep with as a kid but smoother and less bumpy.When you first take it out of the packaging, it smells super strong. I'm not a huge fan of lavender, but I have grown to like it a bit more because of this product. Just give it about a day or two before the lavender sent calms down.Also, if you use it constitutionally, like every single night, it doesn't seem to warm up as much. It just gets warm and not as hot as it used to when I first used it. Just give a day break and it'll be good as new. However, it does heat up surprising fast! A minute and thirty seconds is all you need before your set for a good night's sleep!There isn't much to say about it being used as an ice pack, and it will probably never get used as one since I'm always so cold. However, it is nice to know I can used it as such.Overall, a good gift for a women on her period!

Saving me $$ on heating bills!
I am in Massachusetts and find I'm always cold when I go upstairs to bed and can't sleep. However, when I wake up in the middle of the night I'm always far too hot in all the layers I add at night. My husband got me a seal for Christmas and it is absolutely indispensible.I simply put it in the microwave for a minute and a half and take the seal to bed. It just radiates heat. It is dense but very soft and so it is easy to curl up with and enjoy the warmth. I can now leave the heat set several degrees lower, saving me a lot of money on heating and also saving me the middle of the night wake-ups because I'm too warm. This is a lifesaver!

Much smaller than pictures. I bought one just like it at Marshall's that was twice as big for 40% less. They just didnt have any more at the time.
