I have not tried this yet, but wanted to mention to anyone buying it to check the ingredients, especially if you take other multivitamins or drink energy drinks like Red Bull, Monster, etc. There are a lot of B vitamins and other supplements in this, and if you combine with multis that are high in the same components or energy drinks that contain high doses of B vitamins, you could experience some toxicity. Not knocking the product, but be aware of what you're putting into your body and how much of it, and also how it may interact with meds you're taking.
