Nissin Cup Noodle Light 53g ~ 12 pieces

This tastes exactly the same as the cup noodle you find at Giant Tiger or supermarkets or on an economy class Air Canada flight except it contains small pieces of dried pork, dried egg yolk and dried mini shrimps. For this high pricing, this is totally not worth it. There is no difference in taste of the soup or the quality of the noodles. The dried pork, dried egg yolk and dried shrimps do add little additional flavors to the cup ramen but it hardly fills you up when there is so little in every cup. However, at Equinox Japan, it does come with free shipping even though it took a long time to get to my place; over one month of waiting with no tracking info. Thumbs up to Equinox Japan but to the product itself, I don't recommend it. Better to buy local cheap cup noodles for a dollar or so and add your own meats and eggs.

まず、夜食してしまう旦那に。無性にカップヌードル食べたくなった時に。味も美味しいし、物足りなかったら、粗挽き胡椒を加えてもヨシ。カロリー低め、塩分控えめなので。父にもプレゼントしました。流石日清。裏切らない。

味は通常のカップヌードルと全く変わらない味！なのに糖質が少なくて、気に入っています。　普段、糖質を気にしていますが、どうしてもカップヌードルを食べたくなる時があるので常備しています。糖質オフのタイプのカップ麺は同じ日清でも出していますが、味がこってり過ぎるので私はこちらを好んで購入してます。私の住んでいる地区では小売店頭で販売していないのですごく助かっています。

運動を一切せずただ朝このカップラーメンに置き換えたところ3ヶ月で3キロやせる事が出来ました。普通のカップラーメンと比べ物足りなさはあるのでその分煮卵を1個いれて食べておりますが一般男性でしたら十分満腹感は得られるかと思います。
