Less about the product and more about the standard installation. Very very bad service by Hindware service representatives. No one came to install for 3 days even after multiple complaints, the service centre incharge was rude and did not want to listen to any asks. It does not matter if the product is good or bad if the installation people are so bad since the customer is left sad and irritated. I would not recommend buying Hindware for anyone if the company cannot guarantee a good experience even after spending so much money.

First of all magnet is attracting all the chimney body. So its not made of stainless steel. Its just metal made with paint. And the paint can be easily removable. So watchout sharp objects.Noise level is tolerable. And suction is kind of okay.Warranty is not 10 yrs but 5yrs only.I will give detailed review after 2months of usage.

The Main feature of Auto Cleaning is a absolute farce. THE OIL DOES NOT GO INTO THE OIL COLLECTOR. The Oil seems to collect on the SS Slat cover and other surfaces and has to be removed and cleaned by hand. This stupid product IS NOT AUTO CLEAN.Be careful of the very sharp edges on the inside of the cover while cleaning. Yes, you have to clean it yourself. Still yet to see a drop in the oil collector (refer first pic... collector and slats) And oh. The top of the Hood is a huge Dust collector. Strangely, I find that the dust on top of the hood is laced with oil.Fitting is easy. If you know how to wield a Drill machine just DIY and you save Rs. 600/-.That is, if you are going to buy one this after this review.

Please guys don't buy this third class brand chimney Stopped p working after 2 mnths and there is no resolution or engineer visit till now after 1 mnth... So please STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND BRAND

Using the chimney for around a fortnight now, happy with the performance, the price is justified....the installation part was also appreciable....overall, I'm satisfied.

After installing the engineers didn't explain me how to use the chimney. After a week a friend came home and they noticed that the oil filter is missing. The engineers didn't put or it was missing in my box..I don't know because if we are purchasing a product how can we know what all things should be their..a customer can know only about the basis things..not everything or every component which should be their. Since last one week I am following up and their is no response from the customer service side and now they are saying I should buy it..very poor serviceProductProduct is ok..a bit noisy but smooth touch and sensor

Fall down next day. Don't go for hindware. Poor quality in fitting. Clamp very delicate check image for clamp quality. Unprofessional fitting.
