Originally the Cantucci recipe consisted of flour, honey and eggs, baked twice and cut in the characteristic oblong shape. Subsequent variations brought more ingredients such as almonds, pistacchios, lemon, cranberries and chocolate. The Chocolate flavor is best served with Cappuccino, Coffee or as a small dessert at the end of a meal. Review: Great flavor, doesn’t come broken apart, great texture, worth the price. - These are delicious. I make BIscotti but it is very time consuming plus your oven is on for a LONG time. This is hard without being a rock, has good flavor and doesn’t have that icky floury dust like another brand does. I liked it so much I ordered 4 more boxes and 4 of the Almond. They came today and the almond is awesome also. It’s worth paying a little more to have a quality product. And it didn’t have an anise flavor like another brand did. If I wanted anise, that’s what I would have ordered! If you truly love real biscotti to dip in hot tea or coffee, you won’t be disappointed. And our picky dog loves when I let him have a bite!

These are delicious. I make BIscotti but it is very time consuming plus your oven is on for a LONG time. This is hard without being a rock, has good flavor and doesn’t have that icky floury dust like another brand does. I liked it so much I ordered 4 more boxes and 4 of the Almond. They came today and the almond is awesome also. It’s worth paying a little more to have a quality product. And it didn’t have an anise flavor like another brand did. If I wanted anise, that’s what I would have ordered! If you truly love real biscotti to dip in hot tea or coffee, you won’t be disappointed. And our picky dog loves when I let him have a bite!

Great biscotti, can't give them 5 stars because let's face it they're not fresh. But far better than many other brands I have tried.
