Can I roll the pad up to put in suitcase?

the pad has a cardboard backing. You could roll it up if you remove the cardboard.

Is the entire back sticky on every sheet or just the back of the top like a post it note?

It’s just like a post-it note. Holds well to a wall, but does not damage. I have been able to roll a sheet carefully, secure it, and get a second use out of it. Hope this helps!
