I wasn't happy with the battery but the customer service is outstanding!
Although this Battery is stronger than the one it replaced, I have to charge it after using my laptop for only one hour. So I'm kind of dissapointed. The price was good and so I decided to keep it - but I wont buy it again.update on February, 18. 2016.That was quite a surprise to me. After more than 6 month the dealer contacted me and apologized for the experience I had with the Laptop Battery I bought last June. They offered me to replace the item and when I said, that I replaced the laptop I ordered that battery for allready, they offered me a total refund to make it up to me. I find this very impressive. A company that stands behind their products and cares for their customer deserves definetly more than the two stars I gave in my first review. So I add two more.

Es compatible con mi laptop
El producto le quedó perfecta a mi laptop, la batería dura aproximadamente dos horas y media de uso continua lo cual para mí es excelente, ya que mi batería anterior solo duraba unos minutos con carga y era forzoso tenerla conectada a la corriente eléctrica

Apenas la compre y aunque solo me da dos horas y media de carga, creo que es más que suficiente para lo que la necesito.
