It was a good customer service experience and came with a bonus
I ordered a kite to try it out for the first time. Its something I always wanted to do and have no experience with. The kite arrived as scheduled. Note: as someone who didn't know what they were doing, I unraveled the string from the thing it comes on before I assembled the kite for whatever reason. So do yourself a favor and assemble you kite and when its time attach your strings, connect your lines before unraveling it. trust me.My kite did have a cute it one of the wings, which was disappointing. I emailed the company and they sent me a free replacement without me having to go through the process of sending the torn one back to them. It was a good customer service experience and came with a bonus, they even sent me another free kite (not like this one, it was a small single sting kite) to go with it.When I got everything together, it was a joy to fly. It wasn't the windiest of days and I don't live in a super windy place (central Arkasas) but it was fun and well worth the money spent.

Pretty good for the price
If I have a complaint it is that the bridle does not appear to be adjustable. I found that the kite didn't turn very well. Normally I would have "tuned" the bridle to be just a little nose higher (greater angle of attack). Instead, I wrapped the bottom inside bridle lines around the center tube. This made a big difference in the flying qualities.I saw a complaint that this kite uses straps as opposed to the plastic handles that allows you to adjust the length of the lines. You usually see plastic handles in this price level of kite. The quality straps on this kite are a big improvement over the cheap plastic handles and is what you see on more expensive kites. The line is also woven Dacron or polyester. This is not nearly as good as Dyneema. This is not a shortcoming, but a reasonable compromise. You are going to have to spend at least twice as much for a kite with Dyneema lines. The woven lines on this kite are much better than the normal twisted lines often found at this price level. One thing that I don't like is that the lines and the handles are the same color. This means that you need to straighten the lines out before launch. I normally spin the kite in the air to unwind the lines if necessary, but this requires knowing which handle is in the correct hand before launch. This is easily fixed on this kite by marking one of lines on both ends with a marker. By marking the lines, you can hook up the lines to the kite and make sure that the marked line is in the proper hand corresponding with the marked end on the kite. This minor complaint is a reasonable compromise to keep the cost of the kite down. While on the subject of lines: I find that winding the lines back on the winder with a figure 8 makes the lines less twisted if you pull them off the end when to take them off the winder. Two potential problems I see if you are new to kite flying are trying to figure out how to tie the kite to the lines and the handles to the kite. It is simple once you get the hang of doing it. Search the internet for "larks head knot".

Great kite for the price
The kite is a great value that will get you hooked in the hobby. I am too new to really talk about how the kite handles other than being able to fly this on my first try doing loops, spins, dives and anything else simple there is.I'd give it a full 5 stars for what it is, except after the very first flight about two inches the trailing edge shredded in winds less than 20 knots. Thankfully after many more flights it appears that the rip stop nylon is living up to its name and the shredding hasn't gotten any bigger.

Poor handles, cheap quality
Cheap quality. Didn’t come with handles that allow for adjusting the length of the strings while in flight. Hard to chase the wind with the fabric handles that they included. There are better options out there for $5 more that are worth it
