BUYER BEWARE OF QUALITY ASSURANCE ISSUES
We own two of these chairs and thought because of the price and the length of time the mfg had been in business we were buying quality. We have owned them since December 2013 and in Dec 2014 the arm of the base broke off while I was sitting on it. The company did send a new base but what it took to remove the old and replace the new was next to impossible. Now one month later, January one of the wheels broke off the same chair base we just replaced and one week after that the 2nd chair wheel has broken off. When you spend money on a product you shouldn't have to repair office chairs. Also please be advised when dealing with this distributor in particular we have not been able to get them to return our phone calls which makes this all the more frustrating. I guess they expect us to fix the product they distribute on a monthly basis and accept that this is the way it is, very disappointing!! The leather is very nice but what good is it if you can't sit in them. I will add yes the mfg keeps sending us parts but do YOU want to have to fix your own chairs? Spend your money wisely!!
