Can't peel from paper it just peels apart no checker flag by the time it off

Good Customer Service
This item was hard to transfer to another surface. This item only transfer over half way but I was able to fill in the missing sections. Also, my order was lost but it was super easy to replace.

As soon as I tried to peel the decal off it feel apart and went straight in to the trash
