Tore within the first week with a 160lb person. Disappointing.
Not as heavy duty as I hoped or expected. One of the rungs tore within the first week with a 160lb person. Also not adjustable - would be nice to have a couple extra grommets to raise or lower it depending on the boat.

Broke first time using
We bought two ladders to use since our jet skis don't have the boarding step. We had the jet skis out over the weekend and were showing everyone how to get back up if for some reason you were to fall and couldn't pull yourself up out of the water and the first time we used it the ladders snapped.

very poor quality
I would give this zero stars if allowed. The quality is horrible and cheap. The stitching should not be trusted to hold the weight of even a small adult.
