I have not yet contacted the seller.
I bought these to replace aging 18650 batteries in a couple of clocks. Shortly after (about a month) we had a power failure and the clocks immediately went dark. I tested the batteries and they were both completely flat. The clocks keep the batteries charged, so I'm not sure what happened. I bought a new charger with an LED display to recharge them myself. The charger doesn't even recognize these batteries are installed. It does report the aging batteries are 100%. At this point, I have a complete failure in two different devices and batteries that are flat in just over a month with no drain. I have to believe the fault lies in the batteries themselves. I wanted to be sure of that before contacting the company for support.I will update this review if I receive good batteries.

Not as advertised capacity.
Not as advertised capacity. Totally not worth the price. Pick up some Sanyo, LG, Panasonic, or Samsung cells from a reliable online vendor.

Just OK
My charger sometimes runs into a problem charging these. I don't have the issue with other 18650 batteries. When they charge correctly, they perform well. I'm not sure where the problem lies, but, for me, it can take longer to get these charged than other batteries due to the issue. Also, while they do fit my vape mod, they are a snug fit and can be harder to remove than the flat tops. I'll probably stick to using them in flashlights. Capacity wise, I measure 3250 mAh while charging, which is bit lower than most of the other 18650's I use. Given the issues and higher price on these, I won't buy again.

Inconsistent performance
I bought these batteries as a supplement to the 18650's that came with my mid level RC buggy. These batteries were a mixed result. The higher maH did give extra speed and run longevity to the buggy at first, but after about 4 uses, the buggy would die abruptly in 1/2 the time. Subsequent charges resulted in the same behavior. I was NOT using a high end charger which may make a difference, but rather the 18650 charger that came with the buggy. Overall, my results were mixed so I don't think it fair to say anything negative about them. Use a very good charger and hopefully your result will be better than mine.

Good batteries - capacity better than advertised -- Matched pair -- very pleased
When these arrived I tossed them on my SkyRC MC3000 charger using a Charge-Discharge-Charge (C>D>C) cycle to to verify the advertised capacities and overall battery health. The C>D>C cycle result reported about 6% above the advertised capacity. In addition, they both charged to within 0.1% of the same capacities making them a nice matched pair. I am very pleased with these and have rehomed them on my 3,500 Lumen Streamlight.

Proof in the purchase
I was pleasantly surprised with these. I accidentally left my headlamp ON at a job site overnight. I came back the next day and it was still going. Went ahead and used the last of the battery life. Popped them into my smart charger when I got home. Now, maybe something is wrong with my charger, but it claimed these batteries were at 0%, and after full charge I read 3600MAH and 3800MAH on two batteries. Either way the 3000+ claim stands true. If you need some good backup 18650's, look no further.

Great for ExtremeBeam
These batteries are ***great*** for ExtremeBeam flashlights - I have purchased several of these batteries for my ExtremeBeam M1000 , and other models purchased at Amazon. It is unfortunate that Amazon limited their availability of the excellent ExtremeBeam brand from several models to only one. :-(HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Won't hold a full charge
Update, these batteries are no good they only took a full charge 5 times and after that they won't charge more than 50% in my flash light so I can't reccomend these
