Beginner resin
A good beginner resin. You have a lot of time to fix any in corrections due to the drying time, however this is also the products downfall. I’ve used many different types of resin and this one seems to need at least an extra day or two to actually fully cure. All the projects I have made are still soft ( but not sticky) It does however work great on flat surfaces as long as you let everything dry in the sun for a day or two.

Everything One Needs To Epoxy Seal ANYTHING!
Well, almost everything. The gloves MIGHT fight my wife or daughter...but they won't fit over my Bear Paws. But I'm not going to fault the vendor on that - everything else absolutely perfect. And knowing that I have huge mitts, I keep a box of nitrile gloves in XXL handy in my shop.Measuring cups are perfect for what I'm doing (pictures when finished, I promise), and the instructions were just as clear as the epoxy sets up and finishes - no confusion. Allowed for a no mess, no fuss project - the wife didn't even know that I'd done it until I told her. Definitely different from the two-tube "mix a small amount on a disposable tray" club. One thing that could improve this kit: Instructions on clean-up. If there is a cleaning agent (I used acetone. Not sure if that's good or bad, but that's what I had) and techniques for cleaning up the re-usable gear (the mixing cups) or spills, would really help us novices.

Yes, it can get hot
@Sharah, all epoxy resins will overheat when large quantities are poured. The solution is to build up small layers, one at a time. An ice bath around the casting will help as well. This is not a problem specific to this brand of epoxy. I have made numerous pours with this product and have been happy with the results.

Slow cure but good results
I was using this for dice casting and it was winter time so your mileage may vary but we are talking 12 hour soft set times and only hardens after close to 24-36hours but on the plus side it's very clear and almost no bubbles even without a pressure pot

Wear gloves before opening package Seal broke and leaked hardener which got on my skin.
This product arrived on time and works well. I enjoyed working with it and other than the hardener leaking inside the package and getting on my hands i really enjoyed working with this resin!

Disappointed
Honestly I’ve used so many epoxy brands and this one is by far the worst I read so many good things about it but in all truth it’s awful it doesn’t cure forever if it ever does but if you want less bubbles and less thick and takes a century to cure (if it does) this is for you I bought so much thinking the Internet reviews were amazing turns out to be paid actors dissapointed

Spilled over the edges, even after two coats
I did a lot of research on the proper way to apply resin, which I needed as a topcoat for coasters so that they can withstand hot drinks. I followed the exact instructions. My house was a little too cold at 69° so I did the application in my guest bath with a space heater running set to 75° to make sure it was warm enough. This did result in the resin curing hard enough, for those who seemed to have had an issue with that. I also did the 3-minute stir with the cup inside a bath of warm water to get it started, as I had read many places on the web.The when I first poured, it didn’t easily go all the way to the edges, so I took my popsicle stick and gently coaxed it so that it flowed all the way over the sides. And then used my little heat gun to get the bubbles, like every direction ever says. And you think you’re good. They looks good at this point, evenly distributed over the surface and no bubbles. So I left it to cure in a warm room, and then came back and a large percentage of the resin has just spilled over and is all over the liner underneath and not on top of the coaster. Like it just slid off. This happened both on tile coasters that I had decoupaged, and a wood coaster that I had painted and stenciled. No idea what’s going on there. I even tried to second coat, using a lot more this time, and it just slid off even more and still left holes with nothing on top of the original tile. so I’ve gone through 2/3 of these bottles, to not cover five tiles. This was worthless for my purposes and I now have to find another resin and attempt to salvage these.

Works for small and large projects. Read directionsns.
This resin product is actually very easy to use. If you do it as directed you will get a good result of curing. This is not by weight it is equal or 50/50. Read the directions and have fun with it. You can mix acrylic paint in like 1 to 2 drops. It takes well to mica pigments, and you can use powdered make-up as a colorant. I would love to get a half gallon of this stuff. It is budget friendly. Cure time is 8 hours but best to leave it for 12 to 24 hours.
