I purchased two printer cartridges for my printer. They arrived in a similar box, and there was no damage to any parts. They were protected in the box by appropriate packing material. Removing the chip took me a few minutes the for the first cartridge, but by the time I did the 2nd one it was a 30 second deal. They installed the same as HP cartridges. No error codes with my printer and it functions great. The print quality for my business printer is identical to the HP cartridge at a fraction of the cost. Given my success with COOL TONER cartridges, I will be sticking with these rather than the overpriced HP ones. Very satisfied customer.
