Bugs
I bought 2 packs since that is the minimum purchase quantity. I placed both in the same cabinet in the kitchen n to my horror, one of the packs had bugs just after 1 week. Perhaps it already came with bugs but just hidden inside. Interesting thing is that it’s only 1 pack that had bugs, the other was ok.

Similar to All Purpose Flour
Soft type, similar to All purpose flour. We use it to make pizzas and it’s soft and nice.

Everything is good except for the expiry date
I am not sure about the short expiry date about the flour but yeah, 2 months to use finish? Isn't it abit short for something like this?
