Great grips at a great price
Took a chance on getting these grips because I already own a pair of Fat Gripz. Really wanted to dislike these grips, but I just can't. They slip on to any and all attachments (dumbbells, barbells, cable ropes and handles) with an ease that are far superior to what I've been using for years. And, they stay tight to whatever piece of equipment I use with them. These Qiban qibylift Grips have become my newest oldest best friend on my gym days. If anyone reading this is considering buying a pair of grips, consider no more. They are indeed a great bang for the buck

Thick bar adapter
Works great so far! Easy on/off to any bar really. Added them to a set of adjustable dumbbells and gives an added level of training to any lift.

Great value, functions well.
These aren't the same quality of Fat Gripz, but for the money, these work well. They achieve what they are supposed to achieve. While the material isn't as sturdy as Fat Gripz, this makes them easier to put on/take off the bars. They do slide around on the bar but once you use a firm grip they fit the bar tightly.

Great pair of bar grips!
I have a small pull up/dip station in my room, but noticed the pull up bars diameter was too small and hurt my hands. I needed something to make the grip thicker and found this item. Very happy with it as my hands now don't hurt from the tiny metal bar anymore. These grips also provide some padding too, so I'm able to hang and do more reps. Very happy with them. They do slide very slightly, but doesn't bother me. Very happy none the less!

Get A Grip On Yourself!!!!
Fantastic, budget friendly way to put a new wrinkle on all your hand-held fitness gear. I use it on dumbbells, barbells, ISO-arm handles, lat pulley attachments, farmers walk rickshaws, push-up bars, pull-up bars, etc. It completely destroys the tired, grip-memory and strength of your hand muscles and forces a new training curve. Highly recommended. Great price compared to the big branded versions.

Too thick
These are too thick for a female's hand.

Good product
They were a great price but didn’t work well with the dumbbells at my local gym.

Great product!
These are not wider or fatter in the middle so all your fingers get worked equally. I use them for rows to strengthen my grip. Outstanding!

Too much...
It says it's "made from high-density silicone rubber". Feels as hard as plastic. "Will not compress or slip". Not being able to compress (too rigid) is the problem - and yes it's so rigid on the inside its slips on the knurled bar handle. A 1-inch bar has a circumference of 3-inches - for me, too small. The "fat grip" takes the circumference to 6-inch - which in my opinion is at least 1-inch too much in circumference. You might as well be trying to hold on a to a thick (6-inch circ.) PVC pipe. For reference, a regular toilet paper roll has a 6-inch circumference. Everyone has these in their home to give you perspective - now imagine it had no "give" (compression). Would you feel you had a good grip to confidently hold 40, 60, 80lb dumbbells?"A thicker handle boosts your muscle stimulation". I actually totally agree with this statement. My forearms did get better stimulation "trying to hold on" to this grip. If the grips were low to medium-density, I think these would be perfect. Again....for me. If you have bigger hands, you might find these great.I will stick with my rolled up micro-fiber cloth and send these back.

Good Grips!-feel good in the hands
Iv seen adcertisements so many different times for rge fatgrips or another type of grip.... i dont have huge hands by any means but have often found olympic sized bars to give a harder workout. having said that tho, my standard sized stuff works beauty!- so just whatever is available really... anyways ya i got these as a bit of a cheaper version of the fat grips i found on Amazon. they came on time i tiptop shape-good box-no damage(nice change) they are easy to fit on the bar- fairly easy to do really. havent had them for long so cant really vouche on how they stand up but they feel good in the hands! i find they arent super slippy like i was worried they would maybe be. it would be great if they were rougher but that'll just come in time.cant complain aboput these badboys really! they will do the trick i think

Get a grip! Get two! 🙂
They do what they are meant to do and they work well. Definitely a better grip on your weights so that you can hold them with confidence.
