Confused
I don’t understand how this is a “keto” book when every recipe has average 20+ grams of carbs per serving? These numbers don’t make sense. For tender and spicy flank steak it says it’s 52g of carbs per serving but it’s only steak, chili powder, ginger, salt and pepper, and celery, how!? How is that 52g carbs per serving!?

Do not waste your money
Flavor of recipes aren't bad, but that is the only good thing i can say about this cookbook. Who ever put this book together was the laziest editor ever. My middle school news paper had a better student editor. I have only had this book for a week but so far this is what i have found.Let's start with the picture. 10 drops of munk fruit powder, ummm come again, so that recipe is useless since nobody measures sugar in drops.You have to pay attention to serving count for every recipe because tonights dinner is set to serve 2 people and tomorrow it is for 6.21-day meal plan. Ha. So first they are not meals. As meals (at least for dinner) means a main and a side. Nope, it only gives you a main dish for every meal, so if you just want a standard flank steak for dinner and that is all then this cookbook is right up your alley. But wait, it tells you tuesday night eat flank steak now you have to search through 6 pages and 600 recipes of extra tiny font to figure out which page it is on. Luckily the engineer in me came up with the idea of using my phone to take a picture, convert to a pdf, and make that text legible so that i can search for key words. Otherwise would have sent this back because i would never have found "breakfast mug muffin" under pork. Oh and they call for Keto Dinner Roll which does not exist in the book at all. Or how about for dinner, broccoli and cheese, and nothing else THAT IS NOT A MEAL.Directions for recipes are not the clearest, it is almost like they have character limit so it might take a few times reading though to almost understand how to cook it.

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware-very difficult to find recipes because they are only listed in contents by actual recipe name!! Recipes are so disorganized ! Example, there are 5 smoothie recipes in this book, that I can find, and they are all in separate areas of the book!There is a 3week meal plan in this book, but, it doesn’t show page number to find recipes listed, do you have to look item by item through the 500 recipes to find each item!!! Total waste of time and money!!!!!

Vegans eat chicken and bacon?
Tons of recipes that I can’t wait to try. I couldn’t help but notice however all the meat containing recipes in the Vegan section??? Doesn’t bother me though. I’m a meat eater

Hard to follow
I have been on the Keto diet before and loved the results but it has been 3 years since I have done it and needed a easy to follow cookbook to jump start me back in. After looking through the book I realized it is very disorganized and some of the recipes don't have complete instructions. So if you aren't an experienced cook you may have a hard time following along. I wish the meal plan included page numbers to quickly find recipes. Other than that it has a wide variety of recipes and they look amazing.

Not vegan friendly
I dont think any of these keto cook books are legit or they have the worlds worst editor. Go to the vegan section and it has recipes including meats and dairy.

Such a great variety of meals
I am loving this book, All the recipes, great meal ideas. I was starting to cook the same 4 meals and rotating and O definitely needed a change. I am super excited to try all the desserts too! I have sweet teeth 🥰 the only thing its It doesn’t have any pictures inside, I am so attracted to food photos always haha still love it has a lot of good recipes. And the most important has a 3 week meal plan and tells you exactly what to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner for every day of those 3 weeks.

Love how many recipes and options there are in this book! We like to have variety in our eating so this is great for keeping us on track with our diet.

A lot of recipes!
This book is a bible of Keto recipes! My boyfriend ordered this book to help him with his diet. There is plenty recipes to choose. its a very completed book, however is missing some images to help with the creative part of imagination. But is a good help in the kitchen if you looking for some ideas or suggestions for lunch or dinner.

Great keto meal prep ideas!
This is a good book if you’re looking for some Keto meal prep ideas. It’s quite compact and the recipes are easy to make.

Good for when you run out of ideas
I've been struggling to come up with new keto meal ideas but this book has so many recipies that I wont have to worry about that again.

Put aside time to find a recipe
Plenty of recipes. Problem is that if you try to follow their meal plan it is almost impossible to find the recipe. The very first one, Keto Belgian Waffles, after about 15 minutes of searching, I can’t find it.
