I really like this batterytester as it checks voltage, resistance and capacity, so it will tell you how much life is still left in the battery if any. You will know if the battery is dead or your device. Some reviewers say that it can be difficult to read the dial markings and the non-backlit display. I found the display to be quite readable under normal indoor light. A backlight would have been cool, but would inevitably make the unit more costly. The settings around the dial are printed rather small, but again I found that I could read them quite easily with my reading glasses on which I need to see at this distance anyway. All in all, I can say that this is a good piece of equipment for the purpose.

More sophisticated than more basic battery testers. I really like this batterytester as it checks voltage, resistance and capacity, so it will tell you how much life is still left in the battery if any. You will know if the battery is dead or your device. Some reviewers say that it can be difficult to read the dial markings and the non-backlit display. I found the display to be quite readable under normal indoor light. A backlight would have been cool, but would inevitably make the unit more costly. The settings around the dial are printed rather small, but again I found that I could read them quite easily with my reading glasses on which I need to see at this distance anyway. All in all, I can say that this is a good piece of equipment for the purpose.

Seems to work well. It is good to have the voltage and the power percentage and this is linked to the type of battery, The numbers round the dial are small and I suspect that they may wear. The instructions are badly translated eg No2 of Operations "Insert the USB test cable with USB female seat in the bottom of the product" - it does not have a USB lead or socket! and No 3 of Operations "Open type gear knob switch to be measured battery. LCD screen will display full screen 5 seconds.". Fortunately, the operation is basically the same as a standard multimeter so is straight forward.
