Not breathable at all and way too stiff -- until you wash them a couple of times. Almost threw them in the garbage after first wash & wear because they were so hard and stifling but tried them again after second washing and they seem better & tolerable now. Hopefully they will get even better with more washings. Good coverage for large nipples.

even their biggest size isn't really big enough for a D bra. And they do have a bit of padding on them, which is definitely not something I wanted. It does the job, but they are still really small and don't cover the whole area very well.

could have been a bit larger for full coverage. these are not s thick/bulky as some so are great for nipple coverage. for those needing it , they will add a little padding out. they feel soft on the skin.

Too small, asian size.

I like how the insert works well with my sports bra. However, I've only had it for a couple of months, and the cover is already peeling. I've only hand washed it.

These look oval in the pictures but are actually round and pretty thick. They do work with my bralets as an insert replacement - but they should upload more accurate pics.

Way too small. I ordered a large. It is not large, it is still small. I'm annoyed. Also, they are stiff. Don't buy these unless you are small and like stiff, uncomfortable things.

Its made of hard sponge. I guess, you get what you pay for.. If you want for a daily wear, definitely this is not the one to choose...
