I have a very difficult time swallowing larger pills. (had my esophagus stretched twice) Most multi-vitamins, supplements are HUGE..!! As stated, these are shaped perfectly. They are the right size to easily pass thru your gullet & not choke you to death, or get 'hung' up and gag you. The recommendation is to take 3 pills a day. I divide into 2 in the morning & 1 at nite with my p.m. meds. I think you'll be very happy with these. If you have a tough time taking meds, these are the ones to buy. Oh, btw, they have all the essential vitamins .. PLUS, anti-oxidants, a probiotic, digestive enzymes, minerals, CoQ-10, amino acids & they're gluten free & iron free as well .... a great "little" vitamin. I bought these multivitamins for my grandmother who was seeking to change from her current vitamin due to the fact that each tablet was huge and had such a bad taste/aftertaste. Having been on these for 2 months now, she has nothing but great things to say about them. She loves the fact that they are the smaller "mini-tabs" that are easier to swallow than traditional multi-vitamins, and says that they actually don't taste bad it all when compared to her previous ones. What I like about these is that I can be sure that she's getting the vitamin/mineral supplements that she needs including 1,000 vitamin D3, 1,000 mcg Lutein, and 500 mcg Lycopene without added products that those aged 50+ don't need. A great plus with these is that they are very gentle on the digestive system, and are gluten, dairy, and yeast free for those with allergies.

I have a lot of tummy issues that I am seeing a specialist for. Its very difficult to get all the nutrients I need from food since my diet is so limited. It is also very difficult to find any type of vitamin that fills those gaps without causing even more problems with my stomach/digestion. When I read about this vitamin I started getting hopeful. I gave up on prescriptions because the massive amounts of side effects wasn't worth it anymore. I needed to find a more natural alternative. These say they are for 50+ year olds but I am 32 and am completely happy with the results I am having with them. They do not upset my stomach when I take them, I don't get the shakes half way through the day or blurred vision (has happened with every other vitamin I've tried) and they also don't interfere with my digestion issues. Most make it worse. I take one at every meal so 3 total a day. My hair has stopped falling out and my skin has cleared up also. I do eat a healthy diet and exercise and these have made it easier to stay consistent with both of those. I would recommend them to anyone that has prescription sensitivities or any type of stomach/digestion issues. They truly have been the answer to my prayers! To clarify, they have not fixed my stomach/digestive issues, I have been taking other herbs and vitamins to help that problem, but these vitamins have helped fill the gap in any nutrients I'm missing from my limited diet, and they have not aggravated any other symptoms. They have only benefited me in a positive way without ANY undesirable side effects. They fit my needs perfectly!

Hi, for those of you who might be considering buying these because of the word 'mini' in the product name, please know these are not what I'd call mini. And the recommended serving is 3 a day! These are probably thinner than most multivitamins, but they are still the same size. In fact, I just had to spit one into the sink because I couldn't gag it down. So while they might be fine vitamins, if you in fact need a mini tablet because (like me) you have trouble with big pills this will not be something you enjoy taking. They also smell gross.

This is a very complete vitamin, and the size is small, easy to swallow. There are so many products out there, that it is hard to know what to try. I strongly recommend this one! With any new multi-vitamin, I have learned it is good to start with the lowest possible dose and work up so you don't feel any effects from jumping to too much, too soon. My hubby and I both are taking this and have had absolutely no trouble handling the long list of ingredients in this powerhouse vitamin. We both feel better since we started taking this regularly.. Our son, only in his late 20s, had been having prostate issues (from serious Lyme Disease) that no specialist had been able to help -- he is now taking a Rainbow Light vitamin for someone his age. For the first time in years, he is now able to sleep through the night without having to get up to use the bathroom. This is a very good line!

These are my favorite multi; the small size is easy to swallow, and I I take they thru-out the day for maximum absorption, vs one giant pill for the whole day

This is an excellent product! It has a very comprehensive blend of vitamins, minerals and other nutritional ingredients that are useful for the 50+ age range. I like that it also includes probiotics and ingredients for digestive aid, which is great because the digestion seems to be more of a problem as you age. They are very easy to swallow and because of the digestive aids I like to take at least one with each big meal. The dosage is 3 per day so I usually take two with lunch and 1 with dinner, unless I need the extra energy and then I will take all 3 by lunch. The price on these is extremely good for all the nutritional components that it provides. It even includes greens such as kale, spinach, dandelion and spirulina and also beet, not sure if that is the root or the greens, but either is an excellent addition. It also includes rosemary essential oil, which I like because scientific studies have shown it to be very beneficial. CoQ10, lutein and lycopene are also included and they are each vital components as well. As I said, a very comprehensive list of ingredients and an excellent price!

It is one of the best multivitamins I have ever used.It does not irritate my stomach.
