Fantastic innovative design. I love this kettle except for one thing, it takes about 15 minutes to heat a pot of water on 110V. It is very fast on 220V.

This is a perfect kettle for travel. It doesn’t take up a lot of space in your luggage and light weight. For those who like that cup of coffee with out getting dressed, it’s perfect!

If it is a safety feature, GREAT.I really wanted to like it, since it was my second foldable kettle that I bought just because of the design of it.I saw some reviews that it boils pretty slow, so i just wanted to test how quickly it boils comparing with one that i already have. I put exactly the same amount of water(0.6L) and started to boil at the same time and to test when it riches 100C at the same time.Both were going up with about the same speed until this one reached 90 something. I was feeling great, until it started to go down. It went off after it riches 90C! I turned it on again, and it stopped after 30 seconds even when it says water temperature was 90C. It is not certain whether it ACTUALLY reached 90 something. While the other was was keep making boiling sound and steams coming out from the mouth, this one was very still.I really wanted to like this, I did not mind i spent 10$, but a kettle should boil water.Even letters from display was a bit crooked, that it did not look aligned. I am not sure whether i got defective one or not, but i am returning it and not going to ask for an exchange.

I bought the 110-120v version for a travel kettle to make tea and coffee in an aero press. It works great! Boils quickly, I followed the prep instructions and there is no taste from the maker, and folds super compact. I also like that it tells you the temperature of the water in the LED display.One note for the seller/manufacturer if you’re looking to “improve” the product. It would be awesome if it were preprogrammed to heat to all of the various tea temperatures(for example white tea is best at 65-70*C, green tea at 75-80*C) and then shut off. But still getting 5 stars because that wasn’t an advertised feature and one can do this manually while watching the kettle.

This is definitely second hand one... but it sold as new... not worth to buy it. I feel I was cheated ....
