Set up instructions are not great - a couple of steps in the middle of the process were not as described. Finally got it working, but whenever I switched back to my main SSID and then tried to reconnect to the Extender, I received a 'no internet connection' message. Only way to connect to it was to switch it off and back on again. Definitely not recommended.

Initially wouldn't connect, keep white screening. After I managed to get it to connect it works fine for about 8 hours, then when you try to connect to it it says “no internet connection” however standing next to the extender With my iPad I can connect to the hub, after rebooting the extender I can now connect to it ok. Emailed supplier, no help.

When trying to connect the wifi says no internet connection, the only way to solve the issue is to switch the unit off and on again and internet is then restored. This appears to be a common fault so I’m returning to amazon for a different make

Takes ages to connect to the internet which is in the next room, every morning you have to re connect to the internet, it’s also very slow.

Worst wifi extender I have ever purchased. Obvs fake reviews as it set up ok but once set up and used for 30 mins it flicked off and will not reset and just reads a message of failed IP address. Once reading reviews elsewhere I soon realised these reviews are fake as it's a common problem that it does not work.

The amplifier operating as advertised initially. The diagrams with the installation instructions were too small to read with glasses and magnifying glass so getting it working was not simple. I then upgraded my router and have not been able to get the extender to work again. Very disappointed!!!
