Tampered with.
As you can see from the pics the box was torn and when I removed the cap the seal was open. I can't blame the manufacture on this one. The smell of it is very good but unfortunately I can't try it because I just don’t want to take a chance. I did request a replacement and it should be here in a couple days. Hope the next bottle comes in better shape.

Stopped the itching
As soon as I used this shampoo it has stopped my beard from itching and made it a lot softer. I also use other beard products in this range i find them very good.

It's... Interesting but difficult to explain.
Firstly the scent when you first apply it is OVERWHELMING, like headache inducing type of overwhelming it is incredibly potent.I'm at a bit of a loss whether or not I like it, on the one hand it leaves my beard the softest and cleanest feeling it has ever been, but on the other the mega strong scent is certainly an experience. It does calm down a little after you've washed it out however the headache left behind will linger for a little bit.There's no doubt in my mind they've used premium ingredients, the packaging is beautifully presented, it lathers up extremely well and as I say leaves your beard very very soft, gets rid of beard itch immediately. I should have gathered the scent would be strong when they advertised it as luxurious cologne grade fragrances, I think maybe they ought to put a few less drops in though.The scent I chose, Surtr's Fury is really nice, it does have a very strong smoky smell which I quite like but I imagine it will be divisive, smells like you've sat by a campfire for a few hours.Price wise, it is obviously on the higher end, but given the results I'd be willing to keep purchasing it, but definitely do be a ware it's not cheap for what you get.Can't rate half a star but I'd give it a 4 and a half if I could. Deducted half a point for the aforementioned reasons.
