Carl- Wool Ivy Style Cap with Earflaps

This is a quality hat that is very warm. It is functional and stylish. I have another hat of the same style with the fold-down flaps for ear protection, but it is much lighter and doesn't provide the warmth that this hat does. I now wear each hat depending on the weather forecast; when it is 40 degrees or higher I wear the lighter one, but when it is below 40, I wear the warmer one. I would highly recommend this hat to anyone living in colder climates.

Between the wool exterior, quilted lining, and built-in earflaps, I'm very pleased with how warm this hat is. The metric sizing options are great, as my hat fits nice and snug--no blowing off when facing a strong, gusty wind. I usually wear fedoras, so the Wigens Carl is my first foray into Ivy style caps. The clean styling looks great and has drawn several compliments.

A very nice hat at a very good price. I've seen similar at twice the price. Comes from Sweden where it gets quite cold and this hat is made to keep you warm. Quilted liner all around and earflaps that are easy to use and aren't unattractive as many are.

The fit is great. The color perfect. The earflaps hug my ears and should be a real help in cold weather. It has better lines than a lot of similar style hats and works well with the jacket I bought it to go with. I am a very fussy person but I am very pleased with this hat in every way. There is no question that If I look for another hat I will start with Wigens.

Ear flaps don't cover ears completely...

The hat fits well, looks so good and is well constructed.

We bought this because of the series ,,Peaky Blinders". It tickles me to see my husband wear it.

Made of very fine wool material. Looks great while it keeps your head and ears warm. Customer service was terrific.
