Since my first review, I did get all the camera's working. During the setup, I inadvertently changed the pixel setting for 2 cameras... all of these cameras are 720 pixel units apparently. Without clear directions I did find a pair of farm channel lock pliers will turn the camera lenses in the two eyeball camera units to where the horizon view matches the field horizon much better. (Camera view is level on the monitor). Of note is that I am using all 195 +/- feet of cables for the connection between the monitor and the 4 cameras and the excess is stowed in a gallon jug under the seat. Overall, installation was easy. The image quality is reasonable, though it is not 720p resolution as stated in the manual - it uses the CVBS (the old-style video line with the RCA connectors) which supports 480i at maximum. It's a minor niggle, since you don't really need high resolution for backing up. Night vision is decent, though for day-vision, it's a little washed out. The manual tries to be helpful, but appears to be quite poorly auto-translated. If you are not comfortable with trying to interpret what they meant in the manual, you might want to have a professional or knowledgeable friend install this. Otherwise, it's mostly a simple matter of running the video signal and reverse sense wire into the cab of the vehicle, and connecting your wires to the reverse lights and ground. There are a couple of things that are poorly explained in the manual or not at all: * The 26' video wire has a built-in companion wire, this is intended for you to run the 12v from the reverse lights back into the cab and tie into your video system. The manual doesn't really indicate that this is really just a third wire all the way down the line (but it should be reasonably obvious). * The manual covers the little loops of green and white wire, these control whether the video is mirrored (for backing) or not (so you can use it as a forward blind-spot monitor, for instance in front of the vehicle), and the guide lines (if your video system provides them, you can disable the built-in ones).
