I REALLY wanted to like this product.Good concept. Failed overall execution.The pictures and product description clearly show & state that there are mini lipstick tubes/mold remover to compliment the mold.Why wouldn’t there be?Any logical person would be led to believe the product includes all shown; especially for the price paid. How else are you to utilize the product without the mini lipstick tubes/mold removers?1)When placing product advertisements, it should be mandatory to include points of reference; especially when the product dimensions are either not provided or when they’re suspect.2) Am accurate inventory of all components of the product should be detailed out, and provided.3) Timely delivery should be adhered to. (My product arrived 1 week last the latest delivery time.) It shouldn’t take midevil transportation delivery methods by today’s standards.I have messaged the seller and am awaiting their response. I will edit my review upon the seller satisfactorily addressing my issues with their service.•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••PICTURE DETAILS:I did not have a tape measure handy to show point of reference so I used a quarter and a 9mm cartridge from my firearm to show dimensions.The 9mm cartridge’s tip (actual bullet) fits inside portion of mold perfectly. (9x19mm is that cartridge’s dimensions) The entire cartridge does NOT fit inside the mold so that tells me the mold’s dimensions are at 9mm and not the advertised 9.3mm.My comparison of a 9mm cartridge is to show others that you would need a 19mm crimped case or lipstick tube to hold your finished product.I hope that my pictures shown along with review helps others considering this product.I never understand why people take the time out to write a review which offers no value to others. Show pictures, describe what ways the product helps you or answers questions consumers would have about the product which isn’t covered in the description.On the plus side of this purchase:The quality of the mold itself is good quality. The finish is nice and I believe that it would be quite durable and have nice longevity.The product should never be sold without the lipstick tubes. It makes the mold completely useless unless you can somehow find suitable tubes online somewhere, which you can’t.I really hope the seller makes good on their advertised promise and sends me the tubes to make this right. I will change my rating and review once they do.
