Colored Hair Thickener #4 Light Brown (60g/2.12oz)

I have tried several of these colored hair sprays for thinning hair. I thought I would try this one too since it is a little less expensive, but this is by FAR the worst one. It took a while to find a way to use these sprays that would look natural and not make my hair stiff or dry. If you want something water resistant, then this does have that going for it, but it also means that is doesn't wash off. After the first time I tried to wash my hair after using this one, I had dark blotches on my scalp that looked like scabs.Also, most of these sprays have a powdery consistency, this one has a sandy consistency. If you use it, be prepared to not touch your hair all day. It flakes off in a black sand if you touch your hair. I had it all over my shoulders and face until I figured out what was happening. All of these sprays tend to dry out your hair, but this one is far and away the most drying. My hair is naturally soft and shiny, but when I use this it feels like straw after I wash it out. I almost feel like it is making my hair fall out more. I won't be buying this type again or recommending it to anyone.

No where near light brown. I think it would be too dark for most true brunettes let alone anyone with light brown hair.

This product is more like colored hairspray. It made my hair very stiff and difficult to brush.

I have tried numerous hair concealer sprays over the years. I like this product the most because it is very water resistant, it actually does make my hair look thicker, and it covers my thin/bald spots. It does not transfer to my hands or my pillowcase. The only things I do not like about this spray is it is expensive and the colors are much darker than you would think. I use light brown for my dark brown hair. The medium brown is almost black.

I really love this stuff. It covers my thinning gray spots wonderfully.
