Customer service has been amazing. Super fast responses with all of my questions and plenty of product support. The tent was a bit difficult for me to put together per instructions but reaching out to the seller provided more info. So if you don’t get it right the first time, reach out to Marian and she will help you get it right.Overall, the teepee is as sturdy as one can expect and I suggest you put it on carpet. The fact that it is completely chemical free was my biggest draw to it. No other company could tell me that their tents were flame retardant and chemical free. It also has a sewn in floor where most others don’t. It comes with a stabilizer ball that seems to really help.If you’re looking for a teepee like this I would go with this seller. The price is excellent and the customer service is great!

I got this for the kid's playroom. They immediately fell in love with it - especially the lights. The flags are also a very nice touch. I like the durability and thickness of the canvas and the neutrality of the colors goes well in any room decor. A connector broke but I was able to contact the company and they're sending me a new one.The only difficulty I had while assembling (super easy to do) was fitting the wooden ball at the top in between the stakes. Once I figured it out, it looked fine.I hope to purchase another one for my nephews for Christmas.

Love this tent! Large size. Banner & lights are so cute! Pockets on inside hold a lot of books. My 5 year old & 7 year old have had fun. They even slept in it for the first 3 nights! (With legs sticking out of doorway).It was a bit difficult to know how to put the stakes together the right way as there are no directions. The legs also kind of scoot in so in order to keep it as big as possible, you have to keep scooting legs out. But, overall, I highly recommend it.

I liked that this teepee is well made and cute the fabric is nice and soft, my disappointment was after setting up the teepee I found out that the measurements posted are incorrect it measured 43” wide instead of 48” this 5” difference did not allow to place a mat that I already purchased to fit in the Teepee, the other thing is on the day they seller shipped my teepee they drop their price from $53 to $47 so lame!!

I like this tent a lot! It has the perfect size, the fabric is good quality and thick, which makes it durable. I like the little flags and it’s design. So cute! My son Loves the lights. He is pretty happy with his “house”, and wants to do everything in it. The only thing I would have liked was for the structure to be more sturdy. Maybe add a base, using the same sticks forming a square at the bottom so it stays in place or something at the top, where the sticks come together. We have to fix the structure, the shape often because if my son is having too much fun inside (being wild) or we move it while cleaning, perhaps, it goes out of shape. Also, I would have like having a hard copy of the book. We accidentally discarded the paper with the link. So, we did not get to read that book. Other than that, it’s lovely. “Amazing” - how my 3 year old son describes it.

Wasn't sure what to expect -- as there's a lot of these out there for sale. This one had the three things I was looking for: 1) attached (sewn-in) floor, 2) stabilizer, and 3) some fun accessories (banner, lights).The canvas is nice and thick and the wood poles were attractive and solid. My 7 year old son loves it!

The kids are a fan of it. However, I'm not. It's difficult to set up. It's even more difficult to keep up, which upset the kids.The 4 poles do not stay outward like a tent would. (I understand it's not a tent, just comparing) With any pressure on the walls, the poles on the opposite side move inward and start to collapse the walls. The lights are a cool effect, though.

We were very disappointed with the Hill and Gully Teepee due to:- It was not easy to assembly, the wooden sticks were not fitting inside the metallic joint and my husband had to use a knife to peel it and be able to assembly. In the process I even damaged the skin on my hands trying to assembly. We were complaining hard!- Once it was set up, we realize the fabric of the teepee had 5 holes for the wooden structure but only 4 sticks so we don't know whether this was as a mistake or just the product is a defective from the factory... not sure! But what a shame!!!Actually we wish we can have a reply from them and see how they can compensate us

Quality of the canvas is good but this teepee is not stable as the balancing ball doesn’t work properly and keeps falling off if there is any tiny bit of movement and that can be dangerous for your Kid if you have an active toddler or child.Also the mat underneath is not padded it is just like another piece of cloth attached.The only plus point is that it comes in a carry bag which is easy for transportation.

My niece loves this teepee. It came in a compact bag so it’s easy for storage. It’s got a nice size that’s fits the play area space inside the teepee without taking up too much space in a room. The lights and windows are also nice additions. It generally feels sturdy but you have to keep an eye on it and readjust the poles as the kids tend to play with it.

Little difficult to assemble but worth it!!
