Happy With Our Purchase
Easy to program. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Only negative we have found is that, when the pot is completely full, it is difficult to pour without spilling some on the counter. It doesn't seem to matter the arm strength of the person pouring - the first cup always wants to spill. Other than that, it's a great coffee maker!

Love this coffee maker!!
This is a compact coffee maker that actually fits on my counter and is short enough to fit under the upper cabinets. Easy to program, easy to use, and makes great coffee!!

Compact size coffeemaker
I needed a small coffeemaker to fit on my counter under the cabinets. This coffeemaker is small and that is what I wanted. It looks cheap and the coffee is just OK. If you select the strong setting, for some reason, the heating plate turns off instead of staying on 2 hours after brewing the pot of coffee. I found that to be an undesirable feature. The carafe doesn't drip when you pour a cup of coffee. It does not make make a noise when it finishes brewing.

brewing problem
It has defective software. If you brew on "bold", the heating element cuts off at the end of brewing so you have to turn the machine on to keep the coffee hot. If you brew on regular, the machine stays hot for 2 hours,

Delicious cup of coffee
Our coffee maker broke and we ordered this one. It was here the next day, and the features are so easy to use. Makes great coffee.

Love this coffee pot! Love the cleaning setting too! Replaced my black n decker. If I have to ever replace this, I will buy it again!

Definitely NOT worth the purchase.
Coffee is not near hot enough, around 100° F is too cold for coffee. the carafe spills water/coffee like crazy. The carafe is extremely thin glass as well. I feel like I'm going to break it when I wash it. I'm not impressed with the product vs the price. I'll be looking into a Bunn.
