It was all over the board and I felt like it was damaging my hair. I picked this one because it has titanium coated plates that help reduce frizz and fly aways. I have fine hair with a natural wave, so controlling the frizz is very important. After using this, my hair is not only smooth, but it looks shiny too. I also like that I don't have to go over sections more than 1 time. It's a definite time saver. The size is just right and it's lightweight. Both of those make it much easier when I travel. I also like that it has dual voltage, so I can use it when I travel internationally. The auto shut-off is an essential feature, because the mornings can get crazy and then I'm rushing out of the house and forget to shut it off. Now I don't have to worry all day trying to remember if I shut it off or not. If you try out this straightener, you will not be disappointed.

After seeing this product had 5 stars I was excited to be getting a great hair iron for so I expensive. Well, I am baffled at the 5 star rating ad this is one of the worst straighteners I have ever used. Not only did it never feel warm enough, it took twice as long to straighten my hair as before. My hair is not terribly long or thick but it just never seemed to get the job done. What's worse, the end product of my hair was frizzy, staticy, and never seemed to hold. Terribly disappointed and baffled as to how so many people find this product quality. Returning it and going back to what I had before i broke it. Totally worth paying double for something that really works.

My old flat iron stopped working unexpectedly so have to get a new one. Decided to purchase this one because of good reviews and budget price, and I was not disappointed! The flat iron heats up QUICKLY, you can even see the temperature going up, which adds lots of fun during waiting. It's also LIGHT-WEIGHT and easy to move around. My hair is a bit fluffy and it has being doing a really good job on straightening my hair! Very happy with the purchase.

I love the length of this iron, and the curved edges which allow for curling as well as straightening. The temp control is wonderful, but be careful of burning yourself. I'm more used to irons with a deeper edge! Use a glove if you have one.Heats up very fast, and produces glossy sleek strands. Happy to have a good backup as my current one is on the fritz!

ok.. .... let me start by saying it came really quick i was pleased by the packaging protecting the product. when i opened it i was surprised by how lightweight it is !! I am definitely going to take this with me every time I travel. I love how you can alter temperature it is awesome! I LOVE MY NEW STRAIGHTENER ! ITS A MUST HAVE!

Great straightening iron. This is a wonderful iron. It heats us quickly and has multiple digital temperature settings so you can get the perfect temp for your hair! It also closes smoothly through your hair, so you get a nice straight polished look. I am very happy with this purchase.

It worked perfectly fine at first and then without warning or any sign of a malfunction, it just stopped working! Nothing short-circuited, it didn't over heat, it simply stopped working. So, if you only want to straighten you hair for 2 weeks, this flat iron is for you! Otherwise, purchase a different one.

I have very fine hair and this didnt straighten my curls or kinks out. I am used to my paul Mitchell flat iron but since mine broke I tried being cheap and getting this one and I'll definitely go back to my old brand.
