Had some strange changes occur to the direction my toes wanted to rest. due to poor posture? the shoes I was wearing? who knows... this little device did the trick to redirect my toes & actually correct the problem. super cool. I did have to wear shoes with more room in the toe area while wearing this.

These shields were purchased to aid in reducing pain in my foot which begins around 4 hours into a longer bike ride. Heat is another trigger. So far the shield pad seems to be working, but I've only done one longer ride using the pads, so we'll see.
