A paper envelope, a base, a cable, a bulb and simple assembly instructions: a few elements to create the table lamp line Shadow. Once assembled just turn it on in order to create a magical play of shadows, a fascinating world to get lost. The first prototype came to be in September 2013 looking for a Christmas gift box for wine bottles. After many hours of brainstorming they saw the light, literally. They came up with a gift box that could be turned into a lamp, thus turning a simple container into an object of design, a multifaceted item worth keeping. They experimented and found that laser cutting technology yielded great results, and inspired by their first model they decided to name the brand W_Lamp (where w stands for wine).
