This is one of the books I used. I passed the exam first time, but I can't remember if this particular book was any good.

Poor questions, often with grammatical errors, or sufficient vagueness to make the question unintelligible. Answers exceptionally brief. Again, you'll need reference to a "proper" paeds book for any explanation you might want.On the plus side... ummm.... it's nice and slim...
