The Mini Fashion Sketchpads Diary – March 17, 2015

It is a little harder to draw on these because they are small, but they used the best croquis from the bigger sketchpad. I like that a lot because in the bigger one there would be pages of some that weren't as strong. Some ppl have said that the croquis are really faint, but this is purposeful and it's just meant to help you not draw them out every time. I think they are visible enough. I also really like that you can fold over the cover like a memo pad and it doesn't break apart.

Great travel size. Mixed silowets. I am half way through one and have folded it in half many times(backwards) and the binding is strong. The cover could be a little cutter but not why you buy it. Each book has a different set of silowets so it keeps things fresh. They size is large enough that you can draw but not so large that you get boughed down in too much detail. Great for initial inspiration and designing.(The image is upright on my phone and computer but seems to want to display sideways here. I don't know why.)

My daugther loves this but me as a designer its too small to pot some details in to it over all its nice gor 7 years old that have fashion design aspirations .

My 11 year old LOVES to draw clothing designs, and has so many design sketchbooks. She wasn't initially excited about the small size, but as she is always asking for a pen and pad on long drives I got her these. And she loves them so much that the other day she asked me to reorder!

Great for doing sketches and coming up with ideas! The only thing is it might be a little small and it only allows you to draw the front part of the design. Otherwise it is amazing!

I bought these for my daughter and she is really enjoying them. Plus they cost much less than at our local arts and crafts store.

3 sketchpads are all great. Clear figure and common paper. Tips: do not use water color on these pads.

I liked the size of book, it is convenient to use and thus, easy to carry around. It is perfect for beginners.

These are fantastic for budding designers!! The size of the books are perfect for popping in a bag and have been great when we’ve been out and about as a way to keep little hands occupied when waiting in restaurants etc. The example designs in the cover have been a real help for inspiration and the different poses have made for real creativity even for my one daughter who sometimes feels rubbish at drawing!

This is everything I hoped for. The figure templates are large enough to draw comfortably on while the notebooks are small enough to take on the go. The notebooks are soft covers which means that you do need something to lean on, otherwise they are perfect.

They are good.. But very compact in size..

Great size to carry around with various templates to use. Would purchase again.
