After a quick adjustment I fell in love with this jump rope. The rope is actually longer than 9 ft. This is good if you’re on the taller side. I tied 2 knots, 1 on each side, to get my rope to my preferred length, 8’11” minus the handles. I’m 5’6” and I like my rope slightly longer than recommended. I tied knots instead of cutting so can keep the rope as heavy as possible and so I can make quick adjustments to length. I’ve cut my rope too short in the past and once you cut it you can’t uncut it. The rope itself feels very good to turn. The handles feel comfortable and the weight of the rope gives me a lot of feedback while not being too heavy. The rubber strip around the handles might not be adequate if you get sweaty hands. I wrapped bar tape around the handles for grip and comfort. Tennis tape would also get the job done. At $24 dollars it’s a great value. If I can get a year out of it I’ll be happy. I love this rope and it’s definitely my favorite thus far. I hope you found this review helpful.

I currently jump rope every morning for about 25-30 minutes a day (I've had the jump rope for more than 2 weeks now). This jump rope was more than what I expected. So far it's a strong product. The rope itself is weighted and the handles have some weight to it as well. I jump rope on concrete and the protective covering is still holding up.

I wanted to get into jumping rope and made the bad choice of buying a cheaper speed rope. The rope itself is fine, but being unskilled I kept messing up, hitting my hands, legs, and feet, more than actually jumping over it. So I decided to try this one. What a difference! I found I could easily jump with consistency and could feel my arms getting a workout as well as my legs. When I went back to the other rope I found I could jump faster and longer and was not hitting myself nearly as much. This rope will tire you out faster, so I switch between them during my workouts. If you're new to jumping rope I highly recommend you start with this one. It's easy to adjust to size and very sturdy. I use it almost every day and see very few marks on it (granted I jump on a mat) but I have no doubt it will hold up for a long time.

Would have been a 5 star 🌟 review had it not been so hard to make it shorter. I think 🤔 it was easier for a rocket 🚀 to land on a meteor than it was to shorten the rope. Quality though is excellent, shipping was delivered quick and I got to use it for my workout 🏋️‍♀️ today. Aside from the pain in the butt with the shortening, I would definitely recommend. Customer service is and was great.

I would not suggest this jump rope as your first jump rope or a speed rope. I bought this because they are almost one pound and they seem pretty durable. I got exactly what I bargained for.The handles are constructed very well; metal with a contoured rubber band around the middle. The instructions for the adjustments are straight-forward and easy to accomplish. The rubber midriff sleeve is a great touch for durability and rope form. I love it.

I've owned this for about a month and it has been great. The weight is perfect for some feedback while skipping and the construction seems really solid. Cutting the rope initially to get it to the proper size was very easy using scissors. I have no regrets with this purchase and would recommend it if you are looking for a high quality skipping rope!
