I love my shark, it’s the best hoover I’ve ever bought and I’ve bought quite a few different brands in the past but in my opinion this is the best

Didn't realise it was a used Hoover and it smells of dog as I don't have a dog it's really horrible if I knew I would not have purchased they say buy cheap which it was not really cheap but twice lesson learned really disappointed buyer beware check the small print

Although this hoover has great suction and cleans carpets and floors well - my daughter and I find it very heavy to maneuver compared to our Meile and when not using the attachments they do not attach to main hoover very well at all. We have always used a cylinder hoover in the past and thought we'd try a Shark upright for a change - must say disappointed and will be using my Meile more often than the Shark.

Heavy, cumbersome, poor suction power. Still waiting for refund. Seller very poor at communicating. Not worth the huge price.

We have a 6 year old Dyson DC41 and I’d noticed it was missing bits on our cream carpets despite regularly cleaning it, so decided to buy a new vacuum. I’ve always had a Dyson so was wary to move away from them.I read the reviews and saw some people said you need to empty the vacuum mid cleaning. I have a 3 storey house and find the Dyson heavy to lug up and down the stairs so opted for this Shark model rather than the XL as it’s lighter. It’s noticeably lighter than the Dyson, I hoovered all three floors and it only half filled so I’m pleased I didn’t go for the XL version.I can only imagine people who need to empty mid way through vacuuming either have a really huge house or very dirty floors. I would think after vacuuming several times with the shark and lifting any ingrained dirt you wouldn’t have to empty mid cleaning.The headlights are a fantastic feature, it makes it really easy to see. I like the lift away feature and it’ll mean I vacuum more regularly under the beds and sofas.The power is impressive, especially the pet tool on the stairs. It felt like it really cleaned the carpet.The attachments feel cheaper and less sturdy than the Dyson so time will tell how they’ll hold up.Overall very happy with my purchase.
