The first thing I tried was a sit up using the guide pictures printed on the equipment. I'm a 10st/63kg/140lb woman and after 3 situps the arm broke at the welded point. So disappointed in this product, it's supposed to take up to 220lbs in weight! Didn't realize this is a 'made in China' product either. I'm seriously thinking about not bothering with Amazon products anymore especially if they endorse this type of rubbish.Follow up: after waiting 7 months I have finally been given a replacement and a refund.
