Teesar GI Boonie Hat Multitarn

I ordered the 61-62cm as I thought as my head is 60 cm I didn't want it too tight, but I would rather a little loose than too tight.I have now had the hat for 4 months and initially I thought it looked too new and so I set about distressing it and softening the leather piece on the chin strap.I washed it repeatedly and left it out in the sun and the brim still keeps its shape!It did say it came with an internal map pocket buut mine didn't but I have sewn a piece of scrim net inside on the top which is very handy.I couldn't be happier with the purchase

Good quick delivery fits perfect I didn't have time to measure my head so took a punt on a medium and first hat I've had that fits snugly. Brim is a bit stiff but I've literally just taken it out of the bag so may wear in.My wife has asked if I can get one in a different colour so I can have a couple for different occasions.I can now pull it over my eyes and relax in the garden in peice

Very good hat - I have a size 61-62cm head and almost every hat marked "one size" is far too small for me. This hat is an excellent fit and (xxxl) and is very comfortable to wear for prolonged amounts of time. When I ordered it the only colour available was "multi-cam" which is OK, but I would like to get a plain colour in xxxl size as well.The chin strap is soft and comfortable and there are elastic loops in the strap around the outside that I suppose you could put things in, but it would make the hat heavier. There are 4 air vents as well, 2 on each side. The air vents have fine mesh on them to stop small bugs or dust from getting in.

A stylish hat, well made and very good value for money. My husband is always complaining about hats being too small or too expensive so I can’t describe how pleased I am to find one slightly too big (deliberately ordered) and for such a good price.

It's an OK fit but as I have a shaved head I could have gone down one size possibly. Still it is keeping the sun off and I expect it will do a reasonable job with the rain too.good quality material with a good length chin strap.brim is not too large / floppy but does do a good job of keeping the sun out of my eyes until late in the day.

I had a really hard time finding a hat to fit my head. I'm kind of large. Imagine Shrek but less green. My head measurement is 64cm. This fitted loosely and comfortably. Not too keen on the chinstrap but I just tuck it up inside the hat so it's out of sight. You can easily just cut it off if you don't want it. The webbing around the hat may be useful for anyone wanting to stick some leaves in for camo etc. if you're lurking in the undergrowth. Also in the description it says "internal map pocket" but there isn't one.

Having quite a large head size I find it really difficult to get a hat that fits comfortably, after using the size guide and measuring my head I got a XXL and it fits perfectly.I use mine for playing airsoft and it is very comfortable and made from light-weight and breathable material, it covers my ears and neck well and has slight shape-ability on the brim.Would have preferred a choice of DPM camouflage as I find multicam too bright, so I gently sprayed a bit of matt black paint on mine which has darkened it nicely.Good product for the price.
