A must have for solo lift sessions!
The rack itself is an amazing value. It pales in comparison to a Rogue type rack that you would find in a gym, but fills the home gym need with ease. It has singlehandedly eliminated the need to brave the gym during this pandemic, and I’ll probably just continue working out at home for the foreseeable future. I don’t have it anchored to the floor, though the holes are there for it. Even without it mounted, it is stable enough for pull ups and for anchoring resistance bands to it. The heights are adjustable for the barbell, so I’m able to use it for squat, bench, incline bench, decline bench, etc. It’s an extremely versatile unit. The safety bars are mounted on the power rack. I also use them to prepare the barbell for deadlifts, shrugs, etc. They are sturdy enough, but rotate easily when bumped. In my opinion, these are a must have if you don’t have a spotter readily available. Mounting on the rack is simple, and there’s a large range of where they will fit on the rack. Note that the picture is with the rack and a barbell, but the spotter / safety bars are sold separately.

Better than I need
For the price these are great. I have a CAP rack too so they fit well and are long enough to catch squats and bench press fails. I have concrete weights so i like to put the arms on the bottom hole to deadlift so the plates don't hit the ground. I can only deadlift 315 but they've held that weight well even at the very end of the arm so they should keep you pretty safe unless you're a beast. Not really scratch resistant but i don't really mind. Does the job for me but they are designed for a rack that only holds 500lbs so i wouldn't expect to be able to push them much further than 400

Generally pretty good...
I ordered these for my son's CAP squat rack, and they fit perfectly. I wish they were a slight bit longer, but it's really not a big deal. My only complaint is that the rubber tread on the arms is basically just stuck on the arms with a couple of screws also tacking them down. Both sides ripped off after one use. Not a huge deal as it doesn't affect the safety or effectiveness of the arms, but it does make them sticky until you clean the glue off the arms. I would suggest either attaching them in a much more permanent way, or simply not putting them on at all. I do have some question about the durability of these. The item description suggests they have "a weight capacity of 500 pounds". While I do not doubt that they may be able to "hold" 500 lbs., I would NEVER use them to safely catch 500 lbs. on a squat or bench press. Again, I could be 100% wrong, but as a lifter of more than 35 years, I just wouldn't trust them for that type of load, especially as a power lifter who sometimes hits that wall. All this said, I would buy these again for just basic lifting and they have worked fine, overall.

Smaller but functional
I thought it would be longer, but it works for what it’s made for. If you’re looking for something longer like in the gym, skip this one.

A great find
A great product and the fact is I was able to attach it with eases to a cable machine giving both stability, it truly remarkable. A must have for home gym!

Poorly packaged and low quality paint job.
They do fit well and appear to be a good design for strength. However, the box arrived damaged and retaped by someone, because the heavy steel parts were loose in the box with only a little bit of paper around them. The paper had come off of the parts and the parts were rolling around inside the box during shipping. A lot of red paint came off the parts and was smeared all over the cardboard box. Not a very good paint job. There was a sharp burr in a well that needs to be ground off for safety so nobody gets hurt with it, and the parts were all scratched and scraped up and down to the bare Metal so I will have to repaint them.

Works
The rubber may be coming off a bit. But these ease my mind and allow me to push to failure, while training in my garage gym.

These are really handy as safety catches when I do bench press and squats.
These are really handy as safety catches when I do bench press and squats. That are also easy to change the height on quickly.

I was using 2 chairs as a safety for reps to failure, and it was working fine, until one day the chairs slipped away and I smooshed myself. I bought these the next day. I feel super safe and confident now. I can push myself harder knowing I won’t pin myself again. Now I can do reps to failure every time.

I've seen these before I wasn't sure about them because the pin seems quite thin however I put them on the rack and they work fine, the only thing I would say is they are prone to moving so I have glued a bit of cardboard where they fasten to the racket self but yes amazing value

They fit on any 2 inch square tube. Very well made and sturdy. You will bench press alone safely with these. I tested with 225lb but it would definitely withstand much more. Price is also cheap. I highly recommend if you have a 2 inch tubing bench or power rack. I drilled some 1/2 holes on mine, at desired heights and it saved me from buying a higher end power rack.

Does the job well

Right from the box, the rubber pad is getting off. It doesnt bother me much. I have 0.25 inch red rubber pad that i will stick over. If this arm does what supposed to do I am ok.
