I can also confirm that this piece fits. I even have transplanted all the LPG installation with no hazzle. Pain is the work itself but part fits. My 2003 Hemi has no EGR, but Manifold comes with a plug for that case. Comes with all the gaskets and screws. Haven't changed oil yet. True, the fill hole looks smaller than the OEM, but similar to the one on my 2005 Jeep Hemi. Guess just be aware of it. Couple of wire clips from original won't have a place, but these were rubish anyway. Thanks to the guy confirming the 2003 fit!!
