By pre-washing our fabrics twice: * Roughness and stiffness is washed out of the fabric leaving it smooth and silky. * Shrinkage of the fabric takes place prior to production eliminating shrinkage when washed at home. * The fabric is less prone to wrinkles and easier to iron. Most manufacturers do not pre-wash their fabrics prior to production due to the increase in cost, time and the difficulty of working with fabric after washing due to the softness. We feel the advantages to pre-washing our fabrics (twice) outweighs the added cost and difficulties in order to provide a superior product.
