Biotin or Bust!
Unfortunately, suddenly my hair stated to rapidly fall out. I went to my hairdresser in desperation. She explained to me that hair loss, such as what I was experiencing, is from something internal in my body, and it wasn't caused by split ends or over coloring. After she cut my hair, she told me I needed a good hair vitamin. I didn't realize they made vitamins specific for hair! As it will take time to assess the effectiveness of the thickening of the hair, I have given the product 4 stars so far.
