a math liturgical year
It has a nice lay-out. It has interesting stuff. I wish it were ten times as long and more like a short essay for every day. I've been teaching high school math for 30 years and although not much material was new to me I liked this way of organizing it.

A good alternative
This book is a good, though not perfect alternative for the calender, which wasn't published in 2013. Turning pages, and keeping the book open - it's a paperback - is hard. Hopefully Theoni finds energy and time to publish once again a calender.

Gift for Math Lovers
I can't rate it (it's a gift for my math-teacher-husband) who I know is going to love it! Looks intriguing.

Too difficult for elementary ages
Not sure what I was thinking when I ordered this for my 6th grade grandson. I like the concept of the book, but most problems are better suited for college aged math majors.

Math-nerds will like!
Neat book--if you are a math nerd. Not for non-math fans, says my son. LOL.

Great transaction!
Received book in good condition! I Love it! Will be tackling one math problem a day! But what will I do once I'm done?

Nice book, but miss the calendar
This book is great for the math lover. However, my husband really missed the calendar that is usually put out every year my Theoni Pappas.

Not for your average student - these problems are WAY over my head, but I should have known. The author has come up with challenging calendars for years.
