Now Dana Chisnell has done an outstanding job of bringing it up to date--and much more. From cover to cover, it's full of useful insights about every aspect of testing, based on the cumulative experience of two seasoned---and very smart--practitioners. And it's a pleasure to read. If you do usability testing, or you're interested in learning how it's done, this book is a must-read.

Fantastic resource for getting started in market research. This book is written around coding and programming research, but the principles apply to hard good products as well. Love that it simply breaks research down into the key three categories and explains them all well. -Discovery -Usabililty -Validation Do them intentionally and separately and you’ll learn from users. There is no magic formula for product success but this is a great start!
