Wouldn't recommend these for shadowboxing

Bought these to train in and to shadowbox in. They're OK but not suitable for the shadowboxing as the weights shake/wobble around which is very distracting

Comfortable good weight.

I have had weighted gloves before and they have always been too big. These were a perfect size for me. They are comfortable, and really give your forearms an extra workout. Plus they look super cute!

Great in the beginning.

I really liked these, as they make a massive difference to my workout - however, the beads inside the gloves have started to come out every time I exercise. Surely that's not supposed to happen?I only got them 4 months ago.*Edit* Amazon have replaced the gloves and I can now work out without having to sweep afterwards! Thanks 😊

Small , tight

I like these although a bit small and tight .They also keep bringing my right hand wrist out in a rash so I now don’t use them , but that’s probably just me .

A great idea but they are very small, and I struggle to get the velcro stretched across to fit. I would only get these if you have tiny hands.
