NeoSol DS 520-watt LED Plant Grow Luminaire, 48-Inch

First, I would like to say that I'm a huge fan of Illumitex and have been a customer for a few years now. I have been purchasing the single bar Illumitex LEDs and saw the opportunity to purchase the NeoSol DS for an amazing price and I jumped on it.* It took a couple of weeks to arrive so plan accordingly.After much anticipation, I opened the box and found out my NeoSol DS did not have a DIMMER. But too excited to return it right away, I hung it up and began a test grow - after three weeks - four of my LEDs have stopped working correctly. I'm sure Illumitex will make it right :-)With that said, I will be returning my NeoSol DS, but I will be purchasing another and more after that.My suggestion when purchasing your NeoSol DS is to ask if there is a dimmer and what to do you if your LEDs malfunction (who do you contact?).

The DS works extremely well and cuts down half your energy costs. 5 year warranty and customer service is great! I've have been doing business with the company for over a year now. They are awesome!
