It’s a gift for my wife. She enjoys Yoga recently. Couldn’t wait to see her face! The chart is helpful for people with different weight. The total length without extension is about 3.3 feet.

It's a very nice product! I am 5'5, 125 pounds. Before I just can did around 5 pull ups on my own, because I am lacking enough strength to do sets of pull ups on my home gym bar. So I bought the purple band as the chart said to, it lets me work on my strength and gives me just the right amount of support without helping me too much. and have moderate strength. it is a very versatile tool and I love it!

The product itself seems to be very good and strong for the limited amount of time I've used it. I'm definitely happy with the product!I can't speak much for the durability since I just got it and I accidentally bought the wrong item because I didn't check carefully enough to what I was buying so just be aware since now I sadly have to return that item and buy what I intended to originally get but oh well!

Useful and flexible quality product that is easy to keep if you are traveling. I gave one to my 80 year old dad who uses it for this back exercise. It has helped him in less than a week.

The band itself is very well made and is definitely worth the price point. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong band from what I ordered so the most I will give it is two stars until I receive the correct band. I’ll gladly change my review when it comes in.

Excellent purchase! Highly recommend them. I had one band for over a month of daily training. There wasn’t some wear and tear. This band is a good assistant to train your pectoral muscle and the triceps. Great quality bands and awesome customer service from the sellers.

This is such a GREAT deal! The product feels very sturdy and I feel confident using it while doing pull ups. It also came with a door anchor and hand loops to give the bands even more versatility. Plus the smaller bands it comes with us just an added bonus. Looking forward to using these to help with perfecting my pull up form!

I added these bands to my weight workout and I love the stretch you get when using them. I also can do exercises that I could not do with weights because my home gym is limited. Get thses bands and you too will a new dimension to your workout.
