Minus the fact that you have to still wire the speakers to the stereo this gadget is literally plug n play. I read many reviews and saw more than my fair share of videos on controllers similar to the Hawg Wired products, this is the one you want. No need to cut wires, no need to contact customer service to ask technical questions, just connect the wires and you're good! Yes, it cost more than the other controllers but you'll thank yourself once you're done installing it. I used this on a 2011 Road Glide Custom 103
