I am very impressed with how much I actually sweat, I will not lie and say I wasn't hesitant at first, who wouldn't be? But with an actual physical workout and some coconut oil along with the waist trainer, I've lost 10lbs in 2wks. Now don't get me wrong I will not give all the credit to the waist trainer but it did help motivate me much more, by making my workouts more intense. Definitely recommend it for that extra motivation, it definitely isn't for everyone but for those that intend to lose some weight and just need a little extra motivation.

where do I start!? I'm a mommy of 2 kiddos, one that's a little over 2 years old, and a 4 month old, so my belly is still recovering from all the skin stretching. This belt has helped me sweat off all that extra water weight and feel more comfortable at the gym in my sports bra. I read that it goes great with coconut oil and gave it a try.. It gets you that burn! It's not even been a week of me using it (5 days in a row so far) and I feel my belly shrinking!!! I will post an update after a month :)

Item arrived on time and as described by seller. Wanted to add a belt to get some more sweat going during a workout. The belt is comfortable. I am using it on top of clothing, since most of the yoga/workout plants have a higher waist. I think it does what it says it will; targets the waist and allows you to get a good, sweaty workout in.

I bought this waist trimmer to try and reduce my love handles and belly fat. I am a college student and work out but still carry some fat in my midsection. I put this on and used a tiny bit of coconut oil and within 5 minutes of working out, I could start feeling the heating up where I put the oil. During workouts, I get super sweaty, more than I usually do, which makes me feel like I am REALLY working out. This has been a routine ever since and since this purchase I have lost 7 pounds!

It’s been a couple weeks now since I got this and so far I’m very pleased with this wrap. Definitely helps and does what it’s designed for. Also keeps my posture straight. The material is comfortable and doesn’t feel itchy when you sweat. My last one I got from a different seller definitely was not as comfortable as this one. Better quality material. And I highly recommend it to others. Not to mention excellent customer service. Some seller will hound you for a review. While this seller is more concerned about the product getting to you and making sure that it is working properly.

Let me start off with this. For the price, it will do the job. I bought this for dual purpose, "waist trainer, and work out trainer" I went off the size chart, (I was a "42" inch waist when I bought it, says buy XL, SOOOO I bought the large since I'm down sizing so fast thinking it would fit.) When I first put it on, it definitely helps with back support, and making your core warm. But after 3 days of wearing it, it has stretched so far and now it's about to hit the "pocket" so I cannot tighten it anymore. I use coconut oil, like everyone says to do, and it definitely HELPS A LOT, with comfort and trimming. BUTTT, now that its stretched, I cant really use it as a waist trainer anymore becuase its not pulling anything in. Kinda just keeps my core area warm so it's always burning fat... with this in mind, think about what you really want. Lol

I've been using this now for a week, along with the TNT pro ignite. I definately see an increased amount of sweat in my target areas. Band is well made and velcro is strong. Definitely recommend.
